There is a story in the Bible about a city called Sodom. The cities of Sodom and Gomorrah were notorious for their sexual immorality. And the Lord said, 'Because the outcry against Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grave, I will go down now and see whether they have done altogether according to the outcry against it that has come to Me' (Genesis 18: 20-21) The Bible records that God now sent two Angels to investigate the accusations against the land of Sodom. It was reported that the men of Sodom now wanted to have sexual relations with the Angels that God sent. see (Gen 19: 4-5) We know the rest of the story...God destroyed the Cities of Sodom and Gomorrah because of their depravity and sexual perversion.
Dear Friends, God designed sexual intercourse to be between
a man and a woman within the boundaries of marriage. Homosexuality is a sin and an abomination before the Lord for it has been written in (Leviticus 18:22-23) 'You shall not lie with a male as with a woman, it is an abomination. Nor shall you mate with any animal to defile yourself with it. It is perversion. Nor shall any woman stand before an animal to mate with it. It is perversion.
It is rather unfortunate that we live in a world today where people not only practice homosexuality but some countries have accepted and legalized gay marriages. There have been allegations that some schools in some countries now teach school children that a man and a man or a woman and a woman living together as a nuclear family unit is okay.
Brethren, this is outright rebellion against God and His Word. Some people no longer have regard for the Creator of the Universe and His instructions for proper ways of living. If God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah for practising homosexuality, what do you think He would do to a generation that has accepted gay marriage as a norm in society??
Listen, anybody that is gay or homosexual cannot see the Kingdom of Heaven. It is not i who says so; for it has been written in (1st Corinthians 6:9-10) 'Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Do not be deceived, neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers NOR HOMOSEXUALS, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards nor revilers nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God' Anyone who has an ear, let him hear. if you want to see Heaven, then desist from these things.
Some gay folks give many excuses for their sexual orientation. some say they have the right to be with the person they love; well listen, you as a man cannot love another man in a sexual way neither can you as a woman love another woman in a sexual way for it has been written in (1st Corinthians 13:6) 'love does not rejoice in iniquity'
Some other gay folks may argue that they were born gay. I personally don't believe anyone is born gay but if such people insist then according to a popular preacher...' THEY NEED TO BE BORN AGAIN'
Finally brethren, let us pray for all whom are homosexual and want to sincerely know the truth; that the good Lord will reveal the truth to them that their souls may be saved from eternal condemnation. Let us also we whom are straight help our gay brothers and sisters and pray for them. Procreation which is a function of all adult living things can never be possible with homosexuality so much so that even the gay person would ever have been born
